Welcome to the Automate Your Sales Team demonstration. From this page you can access the system login screen and submit your email address so we can send you a username and password.

System Screen Descriptions

Once you login you'll find just 9 screens to interact with:

1. New lead entry (enter information for new contact).
2. Lead lookup (enter selection criteria for desired custom contact list).
3. Results from lead lookup (review custom contact list resulting from lead lookup, with option to deselect individual contacts).
4. Campaign selection (choose single item or multi-step sequenced correspondence to send to custom contact list).
5. Event-date entry (enter the date of a birthday or anniversary for a specific contact and order future event-driven correspondence).
6. Order placement (verify correctness of campaign order and submit for processing).
7. Order history (review all previous campaign orders for a specific contact and track the success-rate of each).
8. Campaign review (view contacts in active campaigns, with option to selectively deactivate campaigns for specific contacts).
9. Report request (select from several reports for immediate delivery to you by email).

That's it! -- which is why anyone can learn to use all the system's functionality in about 15 minutes, without any training.

What you won't find

When you login, please note the features the system doesn't have:

* User collaboration features such as shared calendars and task administration support.
* Sales process workflow support like lead assignment and tracking, sales forecasting, and phone script management.
* Customizable fields within the contact database so you can add massive amounts of data on each contact.
* The capacity to capture and store all interactions between a contact and your company (e.g., all e-mails, phone calls, incoming customer service calls).
* Shopping cart
* E-mail client functionality from which you can manage all your incoming and outgoing e-mail communications.

Once again, the Automate your sales team is NOT a comprehensive, all-the-bells-and-whistles CRM system.

Instead,
it was designed to do ONE THING very, very well -- improve your CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS, by helping you manage your systemized mail, fax and e-mail correspondence, and automate your lead generation and customer follow-up activities, including your multi-step and event-driven campaigns.

It's not a user-collaboration tool, sales process workflow tool, centralized contact data warehouse, or email client. It was never designed to be these things and it NEVER will. If that's what you are looking for, the AYST system is not for you.
